What I do in a nutshell…

• Develop access and inclusion frameworks, policies and equity guidance across Disability Justice, anti-racism, class, climate and LGBTQ+ inclusion.

• Coordinate and support advisory groups and specialist access providers (interpreters, captioners, audio describers and lived-experience consultants).

• Collaborate with artists and technologists to embed integrated creative access from R&D through to delivery; support producers and venue operations to weave access into events and performances.

• Provide creative access-led dramaturgy throughout the development and making process.

• Produce accessible resources (Access Agreements, What to Expect guides, BSL/Audio flyers).

• Deliver tailored access workshops, produce training materials and support teams with audience/participant experience.

• Mentor emerging disabled artists and access consultants.

• Cross-sector research, public speaking, and advocacy on creative access and disability justice for conferences, panels, podcasts, and digital publications.
